A chance meeting at a military reunion brings Sam Waters with his former Viet Nam War teammates. But that is not the only surprise. A promise made a long time ago is now called to be cashed in. Member of RT-Asp which at that time was the only team comprised of former NVA soldiers. Received his BA from NTSU, Denton, Texas.
