Freedom Literature and Headquarters Winery & Restaurant are bringing independent authors and readers together for an afternoon of books, food, wine, and discovering something new.

Freedom Literature: Uncorked will take place throughout Headquarters, including the main floor and Freedom Literature's Book Nook in the Cellar. Selected authors will have their own space to meet readers, sell and sign books, and share their work.

Author Participation Terms

Freedom Literature may also sell participating authors' books through third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop or Whatnot. Authors will receive 70% of the retail price for books sold through these platforms, paid at the event. Freedom Literature will handle the online transaction, platform fees, and fulfillment.

Space is limited and participation is not first-come, first-served. Applications will be reviewed by a panel from Freedom Literature and Headquarters Winery & Restaurant with the goal of creating a strong mix of independent authors and genres.

Submitting an application also allows Freedom Literature to keep your author information on file for future events and potential stocking opportunities at Freedom Literature's Book Nook. Application does not guarantee selection for this event, future events, or bookstore placement.
